The role emphasizes leadership in design, documentation, and collaboration across departments

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of MIS/CS or related field experience.
• Experience mentoring developers and delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to develop design documents, functional requirements, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Mentor developers on best practices, troubleshooting, estimation, testing and documentation.
• Develop large-scale enterprise solutions with high complexity.
• Oversee design documents and technical specifications to guide projects.
