Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience modernizing mainframes to cloud-native.
• Experience with Solace, Kong, AWS, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiar with Agile/SAFe and Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
• Ability to mentor developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design phases and AI agent integration translating PRDs into implementation specs for microservices.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end development of cloud-native backend solutions.
• Decompose legacy mainframe ticketing into scalable services and APIs.
• Define API contracts, security standards, and routing through Kong.
• Design scalable AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Harness.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, EQE, and Platform Engineering groups.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
