Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 5+ years of technology experience with 4+ years in leadership.
- Experience with modern web app architectures and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering organization for Navigator and customer service platforms.
- Shape technology strategy and modernization at enterprise scale.
- Drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
- Partner with Product, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Infra to translate business priorities into roadmaps.
- Establish engineering practices across Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and observability.
- Ensure platforms meet high standards for availability, performance, and security.
