Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking an IT Help Desk Coordinator to serve as the trusted first point of contact for staff, troubleshoot issues, manage access requests, and support secure operations in a banking environment.

This non-exempt role in the IT Help Desk and Desktop department involves provisioning access, handling incidents within SLAs, supporting multiple platforms, and documenting procedures while upholding state and federal compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused IT professional with first contact support responsibilities.
• Experience delivering timely solutions and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provision and de-provision system access with least privilege.
• Manage ongoing RBAC support for Helpdesk systems.
• Perform periodic access reviews to identify exceptions.
• Provide support for enterprise applications via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Resolve end-user issues within service level agreements.
• Prioritize and schedule tasks within Service Desk.
• Support mixed environments: Win7/10, iOS, tablets, laptops, desktops, AV systems.
• Assist front-line staff with banking hardware (cash dispensers, card machines, USB devices).
• Coordinate hands-on fixes at tier2 for software/hardware upgrades.
