Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree.
• 5+ years supporting operating systems, applications, desktop, and laptops in a LAN/WAN environment required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems with applications, OS, and hardware; determine priority and nature.
• Take ownership of complex issues and drive for resolution; investigate root causes and implement improvements.
• Create, maintain, and manage the gold build process for desktop, laptop, and thin client images.
• Manage image and patch deployment using enterprise desktop management systems; build installers and updates.
• Design, test, and implement Mobile Device Management policies and configurations.
• Configure and support workstations, printers, mobile devices, and telecom equipment.
• Document procedures, standards, and back-out instructions.
