Job summary

Glidewell Dental is seeking an experienced Desktop Systems Analyst to join our IT team in Riverside, CA. This role is hands-on, supporting hardware, software, and enterprise applications.

You’ll troubleshoot and provide Tier 2/3 support, partner with vendors, and contribute to standardization and technology improvements. You will install, configure, and maintain workstations and devices, document procedures, train junior staff, and ensure service levels are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in applications or IT technical support.
• Minimum five years of hands-on support in IT workstation or customer support environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications.
• High school diploma required; IT education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and 3 IT desktop support within SLAs.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, hardware, and peripherals.
• Support enterprise applications and associated validation systems.
• Document procedures, standards, and change plans.
