Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd seeks a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to manage enterprise client devices across locations. This on-site role covers Windows, macOS, Linux, AD, GPO, JAMF Pro, Intune/MECM and end-user computing in a large organization.

You will deploy OS images, support Microsoft 365 apps, handle security remediations, and assist with relocations, conferencing systems, printing, and ITAM practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large enterprise.
• Experience packaging and deploying across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Familiar with ITAM tools and inventory practices.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client devices (laptops/desktops) in a large enterprise.
• Manage WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, and Linux OS images and configurations.
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF profiles on endpoints.
• Administer user lifecycle: AD accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Office).
• Configure and manage mobile devices via MDM solutions.
• Support videoconferencing and Cisco collaboration tools.
• Manage enterprise printing, scanning-to-email, and finishing devices.
• Contribute to IT security incidents, imaging, malware remediation, forensics.
• Plan relocations/migrations and collaborate on patch management and hardening.
• Drive EUC improvements, automation, and service delivery optimization.
