Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure on-site. You will manage client compute devices, operating systems, mobile platforms, and related technologies across multiple locations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, AD/GPO, JAMF Pro, and cross-platform deployment skills. You will collaborate with large IT teams in a fast-paced environment, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large enterprise environment.
Experience packaging and deploying apps on Windows, macOS and Linux.
Familiarity with ITAM tools and inventory practices.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for client compute devices and accessories in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
Deploy and support operating systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
Validate GPO RSoP and JAMF configuration profiles on endpoints.
Manage user accounts lifecycle and directory maintenance in Active Directory.
Support Microsoft 365 apps and Exchange/Outlook services.
Configure and support mobile devices via MDM solutions across enterprise environments.
Support videoconferencing systems and Cisco collaboration tools.
Manage enterprise print, scanning-to-email workflows, and finishing units.
Participate in IT security incident response, imaging, malware remediation, and forensic support.
Plan relocations and site migrations; assist with EUC optimization and automation initiatives.
