Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd seeks a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise endpoints across locations in Oregon. You will manage Windows, macOS, and Linux deployments, enforce AD and GPO policies, and coordinate with IT teams on end-user computing initiatives.

The role emphasizes on-site duties, with strong emphasis on endpoint security, imaging, and MDM across multiple platforms, including iOS/Android devices, in a fast-paced enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large enterprise.
• Experience with client packaging and deployment across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, MECM, or JAMF Pro for endpoint lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices in a large-scale enterprise.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, and Linux OS installations.
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF configuration profiles on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts and directory services lifecycle.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Exchange Online, and collaboration tools.
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM.
• Participate in IT security incident response and patch management.
• Plan relocations and site migrations; support conferencing systems.
