Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure, managing client compute devices and operating systems across locations in an on-site capacity.

The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include deploying Windows/macOS/Linux, managing AD/GPO, JAMF, M365, Exchange, and MDM, as well as IT security and site relocations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop systems administration and/or service desk experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices and accessories in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux OS (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF configs on endpoints.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 apps, Exchange Online, and IT security incident response.
