Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd seeks a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure on-site in Washington. You will manage client devices, OS deployment, AD, GPO, MDM, and productivity suites in a large environment.

You will work with cross-functional IT teams during core business hours, with occasional after-hours support. Strong problem-solving and independent work style are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years in desktop systems administration in a large enterprise.
• Experience packaging and deploying apps across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Familiarity with ITAM and inventory practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert-level support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Manage WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN and Active Directory.
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, and Linux OSes.
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF profiles on endpoints.
• Manage user lifecycle and AD directory maintenance.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange.
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM solutions.
• Support videoconferencing and room systems (Cisco-related).
• Manage enterprise printing, scanning, and finishing workflows.
• Contribute to IT security incident response and malware remediation.
• Plan relocations and site migrations; collaborate on EUC enhancements.
