Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd in Florence, Oregon seeks a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support an enterprise IT environment on-site. You will manage client compute devices, operating systems, and endpoint technologies across a multi-location enterprise.

The role requires strong AD/GPO, JAMF, Intune/SCCM experience, and Linux/macOS support, focusing on EUC, patching, imaging, and incident response. Core hours are 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with possible after-hours.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) imaging and deployment.
• Proficiency with SCCM/Intune/JAMF for device lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices in a large-scale enterprise.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF configurations on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts and directory maintenance (Active Directory).
• Support Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook).
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM solutions.
• Support videoconferencing and Cisco-based conference room systems.
• Manage enterprise printing infrastructure and scanning-to-email workflows.
• Participate in IT security incident response and patch management.
• Coordinate user/site relocations and office moves.
• Collaborate with IT security for endpoint hardening and EUC improvements.
