Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to maintain enterprise endpoints across on-site locations. You will manage Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, enforce AD/GPO policies, and support MDM solutions like JAMF and Intune.

You will collaborate with IT teams in a large-scale environment, handle imaging, deployment, and security hardening, and participate in site relocations and EUC enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Experience with deploying and managing Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
• Familiar with SCCM/Intune/JAMF for packaging and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices and peripherals in a large-scale enterprise.
• Manage WAN/LAN infrastructure and core services (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, Linux endpoints; verify GPO/RSOP and JAMF configs.
• Handle user lifecycle, security incident response, and EUC improvements.
