Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support technician in Arden Hills, MN for a 6-month engagement. You will support business applications on laptops, iPads, and mobile devices, perform hardware repairs and imaging, and ensure equipment setup complies with policy.

The role requires strong OS/app troubleshooting, VPN knowledge with ZScaler, and exceptional customer service. 3+ years in a similar role are beneficial; ITIL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Root-cause analysis to fix issues
• Five years IT experience or equivalent
• Familiar with Windows OS and MS Office applications (Windows 7–11)

Responsibilities

• Support business applications on laptops, iPad and iPhone
• Hardware repair of Laptops (HP & Lenovo)
• Troubleshoot Office 365 licensing and apps
• Image laptops to standard image
• Set up equipment per policy and install workstations
• Troubleshoot VPN issues related to ZScaler on desktops/laptops
• Provide excellent customer service to employees
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize high-priority work
• Assist other IT teams as needed
• Set up and move equipment across office locations
