Job summary

CFS is seeking a Tier III Help Desk Support Specialist to provide onsite, hands-on IT support in the Franklin, TN area. You will resolve tickets, configure laptops, and support Windows devices and Microsoft 365 apps across multiple local offices.

The role is part-time to start, with potential for longer-term employment. You will travel between nearby locations, escalate complex issues, and help improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in help desk or IT support roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues for end users.
• Experience documenting and managing support tickets.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee technology support requests.
• Manage, prioritize, document, and resolve tickets through the help desk system.
• Provide onsite desktop support for Windows devices and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
