Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona is seeking a Desktop Support Technician III to provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals in Mesa, AZ. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, plus maintaining asset inventories and performing standard imaging and software deployments.

The DST III will work with IT staff to resolve tickets, document procedures, and ensure end-user productivity.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4yrs experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
• 0-1yrs of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with current Windows OS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Apple IOS, Citrix, VMWare, MDM environment.
• Experience in responding to ticket-based support system.
• Great customer service skills.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Desktop computer support: handle hardware, software and networking tickets.
• Mobile device support: configure and secure devices.
• Asset inventory management: track and retire IT equipment.
• Computer setup: imaging and software installation.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned by IT Manager.
