A multidisciplinary electrical firm is seeking a Desktop Support Technician III to provide support and maintenance for end users' desktop environments. Responsibilities include addressing hardware and software issues, conducting troubleshooting, and managing mobile device support. Ideal candidates should have an associate or bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office. Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
• 0-1 years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred experience working with SQL.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and maintenance for end users in desktop computing environment.
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting to diagnose problems.
