Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Desktop Technician III to deliver Tier II IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain computer systems across client sites. The role requires strong problem-solving, independent work, and travel to various locations in support of our customers.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of desktop support experience, familiarity with GIS and AutoCAD, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Mail. The position is on-site with potential field travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related experience required.
• 3+ years of desktop/IT support experience and Windows OS expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Mail.
• Familiarity with GIS and AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Tier II IT support to users across multiple sites.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with minimal guidance.
• Imaging and deploying devices; provide basic end-user training.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing system.
• Travel to client sites to maintain service continuity.
