Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Jacksonville, FL, handling desktop issues, PowerShell tasks, and account management while coordinating with the Field Services Premier Support team.

The role requires US citizenship, DoD Secret clearance, and a HS diploma with 5+ years of experience; familiarity with Microsoft 365/AD and service desk tools is a plus. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen with DoD Secret Clearance.
• HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS 10 and service desk tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage share drives and folder permissions.
• Perform account management and PowerShell scripting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user computer issues; support VIPs.
• Handle tickets per SLAs and coordinate with other teams.
• Occasional travel to government sites.
