- Hands-on hardware/software experience listed in the job requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level technical client services across multiple campuses.
- Coordinate workstation deployments, upgrades, and hardware refresh cycles.
- Serve as liaison to ensure IT standards alignment.
- Guide planning, timelines, and deliverables; monitor progress.
- Provide escalation-ready troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues.
