Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to provide advanced end-user support across our global organization. You will troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, support Windows and macOS devices, and ensure secure, reliable access to Microsoft 365 applications for executives and staff alike.

Responsibilities include proactive pre-event support, device setup and refresh, and seamless user experiences with minimal disruption while maintaining strict

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on desktop, service desk, or executive support experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives, VIP users, or high-touch groups preferred.
• Experience in a corporate environment requiring discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to deliver discreet, polished, and highly responsive support in person, by phone, email, chat, or remote session.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling executive devices, communications, files, credentials, schedules, and sensitive information.
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear business language without jargon.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; education/experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Relevant industry certifications (A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certified).

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive support before key meetings, travel, presentations, executive events, and other high-visibility activities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system, network, authentication, email, VPN, collaboration, and peripheral issues.
• Support Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, mobile devices, printers, docking stations, and common enterprise applications.
• Perform device setup, replacement, configuration, migration, and refresh activities with minimal disruption to executive users and general user base.
