Job summary

Envision Technology is seeking a Senior Desktop Technician to provide advanced end-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. You will diagnose complex hardware, software, and network issues and manage devices via endpoint tools, including Intune and PDQ.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field or 5+ years of enterprise desktop support, with strong Windows 11 or Linux experience and solid knowledge of AD/Entra, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 5+ years of enterprise desktop support
• Experience with Windows 11 and/or Linux
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra, Intune, and Group Policy
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows and/or Linux OS.
• Manage devices using endpoint tools (Intune, PDQ).
• Support Microsoft 365 GCCH, Active Directory, VPN.
• Document incidents and resolutions.
• Assist in IT projects, migrations, upgrades.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPN, and M365 issues.
