Stefanini Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Level 2 IT support team in San Francisco. You will provide deskside IT support, diagnose and resolve desktop issues, configure workstations and mobile devices, and collaborate with global teams to ensure service levels meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in desktop support or IT helpdesk, strong communication skills, experience with Windows and Mac OS, and familiarity with ServiceNow.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Desktop Support/IT Helpdesk role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS support.
• Experience with printers, PCs and laptops.
• Strong communications skills and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deskside IT support.
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems; implement corrective solutions.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot client workstations and mobile devices.
• Use the ticketing system to record, update and resolve tickets (ServiceNow).
• Collaborate with global support teams to troubleshoot client issues.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing exercises.
• Write knowledgebase articles and documentation.
• Meet or exceed customer service levels.
