Job summary

Form Energy in the United States is seeking a Senior Desktop Support specialist to join the Service and Support team. You will provide tier 1–3 and some tier 4 support, managing IT hardware and software across user and lab environments, and mentor junior staff.

Relocation assistance is available as we scale up manufacturing. The role supports onsite, hybrid, and remote workers across multiple sites, with emphasis on Mac expertise and AD-based environments.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience with 4+ years of IT experience.
• Extensive Mac experience in an AD environment; Windows expertise required.
• Device management including computer and MDM management; confident with standard business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1–3 and some tier 4 support to Form Energy employees.
• Configure, maintain, and support IT hardware including laptops, desktops, and lab computers.
• Install and configure software per specifications; set some specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local networks; set up printers for office and lab.
• Plan and work on special projects; onboarding and mentorship for staff.
• Manage IT asset inventory and document processes; train less‑senior staff.
