Job summary

Global Channel Management, Inc. is seeking a Lab IT Support Engineer with 7 years of experience to join our Infrastructure Services team. You will address lab software issues, device connectivity, and end-user computing needs across global sites.

Responsibilities include imaging and onboarding new lab computers, admin of Active Directory, incident management in ServiceNow, and collaboration with scientists to ensure data integrity and secure IT operations. Experience with GxP is a plus.

Qualifications

7 years of experience in Lab IT or equivalent.
Strong troubleshooting skills for device connectivity and laboratory software.
Background in End-user Computing or Desktop Support.
Experience with hardware, networking concepts, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with validated systems (GxP) is a plus.
Experience implementing data backup solutions for laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide incident management, user support and access management for scientists.
Image/onboard new computers into the domain and onto the network, and decommission them as needed.
Troubleshoot and implement data flows for scientific instruments and software.
Test and validate computer software in different environments; document results.
