Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support / Technology Support Specialist for a 6-12+ month contract in Radnor, PA. The role focuses on end-user computing, conference room technology, and executive support, with onsite work five days a week.

The candidate will provide white-glove support to business users and senior leadership, manage device refresh programs, and work with Intune, ITSM tools, and collaboration platforms to deliver a seamless technology experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on desktop support in a corporate setting.
• Strong customer service and executive-facing support experience.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience with Intune and device management.
• Asset lifecycle, refresh programs, and end-of-lease activities.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove desktop and technology support to executives and staff.
• Manage endpoint devices, apps, and conference room systems.
• Support and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, SIP, Cisco, Webex, and Crestron setups.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor engagement for hardware issues.
• Assist with executive meetings, town halls, and events.
