Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking an on-site IT Support professional in El Segundo, CA for a contract role. You will manage workstation imaging, deployment, asset tracking and end-user security support, handling Level 2 escalations and after-hours work during high-demand periods.

Required 5+ years in Windows workstation support, experience with SCCM/MDT and Intune/Autopilot, and strong problem-solving. Office apps and network tech experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying, updating, optimizing and troubleshooting Windows-based workstations in a corporate environment.
• 5+ years providing support for common corporate client-side technologies, including wired/wireless networks, VPNs & security tokens, WiFi/broadband technologies, collaboration tools (Instant Messaging, Web Conferencing, Video Conferencing), A/V devices.
• Experience deploying images, software & updates with workstation management tools (e.g., MDT, SMS, SCCM, Autopilot, Intune).
• 5+ years providing support for Windows 10, Windows 11; Windows Server experience is a plus.
• 5+ years providing support for MS Office and all major component applications.
• 5+ years providing support for other common corporate client-side applications (Acrobat, antivirus solutions, etc.).
• 5+ years providing support for internet-based applications using common browsers and related technologies (Java, ActiveX).
• 5+ years providing on-site & remote technical support for workstations, applications and networking technologies in medium to large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Workstation imaging, configuration & deployment/user setup using enterprise tools such as SCCM/MDT; Autopilot/Intune experience is a plus.
• Application deployment using enterprise tools
• Hardware asset tracking & reporting
• End-user security/protection application support (virus/malware removal, backups, encryption)
• Workstation research & OS/browser/app upgrades
• Other technical configuration, support & administrative tasks
• Level 2 technical support (break/fix) for deployed devices
• Level 2 escalation from helpdesk for issues across sites
• Occasional Level 1 after-hours support
• Diagnosis/resolution of hardware, software & network issues for Executive and VIP personnel
• Low-level network support (port testing, bandwidth monitoring)
• Incident management and SLA adherence in ServiceNow/Remedy
• General user guidance and education
