Job summary

Planet Group is seeking a Desktop Support Associate in El Segundo, CA to manage workstation imaging and deployment, provide Level 2 technical support, and coordinate with IT teams. The role requires strong experience with SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, and Active Directory.

The position is a 5-month contract with pay ranging from $35 to $37 per hour, DOE, on-site in El Segundo. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying, updating, and troubleshooting Windows-based workstations in a corporate environment.
• Experience with enterprise tools for image deployment and software updates (MDT/SCCM/Autopilot/Intune).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform workstation imaging, configuration & deployment using SCCM/MDT and Autopilot/Intune.
• Provide Level 2 troubleshooting for workstations, apps, and network services.
• Manage tickets and SLA tracking with ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Assist with security-related workstation maintenance and OS upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT teams and executives for incident resolution.
