Job summary

Indotronix UK is seeking a skilled Freelance IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in the San Jose, CA area on a 1-year assignment. You will provide desktop and endpoint support across Windows environments, AD, SCCM, and device imaging, ensuring smooth operation for employees.

Qualifications

• Must have ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager).
• Imaging / autopilot, Intune / iPhones, Office 365, Windows 10/11.
• Printer issues, hardware troubleshooting, blue screen errors, encryption, network support.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and endpoint support to employees across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, imaging, and network issues to restore operations.
• Assist with imaging, software deployment, and IT ticket resolution.
