Job summary

Randstad Digital, El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Contract Workstation/IT Support Technician to image and deploy workstations, manage assets, and provide Level 2 tech support across enterprise environments. You will use SCCM/MDT, Autopilot, and Intune for provisioning and software deployment, with ticketing via ServiceNow or Remedy.

The role requires 5 years of Windows workstation experience in a corporate setting, strong problem solving, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 5 years deploying, updating and troubleshooting Windows-based workstations in a corporate environment.
• 5 years providing support for common corporate client-side technologies, including wired/wireless networks, VPNs & security tokens, WiFi/broadband technologies, collaboration tools.
• Experience deploying images and software with tools such as MDT, SCCM, Autopilot, Intune.
• Strong ability to coordinate with vendors and manage IT incidents per SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Workstation imaging, configuration & deployment/user setup using SCCM/MDT; Autopilot/Intune experience a plus.
• Application deployment using common enterprise tools.
• Hardware asset tracking & reporting.
• End-user security/protection application support and OS/browser upgrades.
• Level 2 technical support for workstations, devices, networks, and remote access.
• Occasional Level 1 after-hours support during high-demand periods.
• Diagnosis/resolution of hardware, software & network issues for executives and VIPs.
• Ticket & SLA management using ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
• Coaching Helpdesk analysts and desktop support technicians.
