Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior IT Customer Support professional to join its National Security Solutions team. This on-site role in the MD area focuses on remote triage, incident communications, and service desk administration to support national security missions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of dedicated IT support experience, DoD Secret clearance, and strong remote troubleshooting skills, with proficiency in AD, Jira Service Management, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in helpdesk/service desk environments.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required at time of application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer interactions.
• Experience with remote diagnostics and enterprise IT support processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary incident communicator for customer alerts and updates.
• Monitor queues, route tickets and ensure SLAs are met.
• Perform remote diagnostics and resolve OS/software issues securely over the network.
• Manage IAM tasks including password resets and account changes in AD.
• Provide remote guidance for hardware/software deployments and updates.
