Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sr Desktop Support Analyst to own end-user IT issues from start to finish, triaging incidents and service desk tickets, and resolving hardware, software, and network problems while keeping customers updated until closure.

Qualifications

• Experience imaging and deploying PCs, including data migration.
• Proficient troubleshooting of hardware, software, printers, scanners, and network devices.
• Experience with Active Directory and account administration (AD, email, Citrix).
• Strong networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP) at the user level.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user IT issues from start to finish; triage and prioritize incidents and service desk tickets.
• Resolve hardware, software, and network problems and keep customers updated until issue is closed.
• Provide hands-on, customer-facing support and leadership: mentor teammates and lead small projects.
• Identify recurring issues and drive fixes to prevent future incidents.
