Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union seeks a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite user support across the organization, with a focus on the El Paso branches. You will troubleshoot desktop hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and approved software, and document incidents in the service system.

You should have 1–3 years of related experience, an associate or two-year degree, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and internal tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related desktop support experience.
• Associate degree or two-year degree or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and end-user support for desktop computer hardware, OS, peripherals, and approved software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolves basic to moderately complex desktop hardware, OS, peripheral, and software issues.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled installations, hardware and software upgrades, replacements, and repairs of endpoint equipment.
