Job summary

RennerBrown is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer in New York, NY, onsite, to join a large, security-conscious enterprise environment. You will own deployment, patching, and compliance for a vast endpoint fleet, leveraging MECM/SCCM and Intune, while shaping modern identity and device management.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in desktop/systems engineering, deep experience with Entra ID, MECM, and Intune, and a background in high-security or professional services settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on desktop/systems engineering experience.
• Deep Intune, MECM, and Entra ID experience.
• Experience in a high-security, high-compliance, or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, patching, and compliance reporting across a large enterprise endpoint fleet using MECM/SCCM.
• Own Microsoft Intune administration — device configuration, compliance policies, and deployment using MSI/MSIX formats.
• Administer Microsoft 365 Apps, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity configurations.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop environments including FSLogix and session host imaging.
• Build PowerShell/Microsoft Graph API automation for identity and endpoint management tasks.
• Manage Windows Autopilot deployment, BitLocker with Intune, and modern driver management.
