Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Endpoint Engineer to lead enterprise endpoint engineering in a large-scale desktop support environment. You will focus on Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure, overseeing provisioning, deployment, patching, policy configuration, and hybrid identity across on-premises and cloud environments.

Expect remote work with occasional in-person DMV area meetings. The role requires PowerShell automation, Windows infrastructure skills, and strong collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 13+ years relevant experience.
• 5 years SCCM packaging and patching.
• 5 years Intune Autopilot administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Intune/SCCM enrollment, policy & compliance.
• Strong MDT/SCCM imaging (WIM capture/OSD).
• PowerShell scripting & automation.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 11.
• Active Directory, DNS & GPO management.
• VMware vCenter and SQL Server knowledge.
• IAVA process experience and deployment workflows.
• Networking/VPN and certificate-based authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint engineering across Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure.
• Oversee device provisioning, deployment, patching, enrollment and compliance.
• Administer hybrid identity across on-prem and cloud.
• Automate endpoint management with PowerShell.
• Support Windows client/server infrastructure.
• Implement and improve endpoint security controls and compliance.
• Manage imaging and OS deployment (WIM, OSD).
• Support IAVA processes, release/testing/approval/deployment.
• Provide networking, VPN, cert authentication support.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-team efforts.
