Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer in New York to lead Level 3 support and end‑user desktop engineering. You will design and optimize the desktop ecosystem, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate across teams to improve application delivery and user experience.

The role focuses on MECM, Intune, Azure AD, and PowerShell automation, with responsibilities spanning patching, deployment, and modern desktop management in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a related field.
• Experience in a professional services organization is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deploy, track, and report OS, software, and third‑party patches.
• Identify bugs in client management tools and implement remediation plans.
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications using MECM and patch management.
• Create SSRS reports for MECM; knowledge of MS SQL and Power BI helpful.
• Provide third level Windows desktop/laptop support and administration.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Apps deployment, update channels, and tenant configuration.
