Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a hands-on Desktop Engineering and Security Lead to own portions of the enterprise end-user computing environment. The role blends desktop engineering, endpoint management, virtualization, automation, and security.

You will engineer and secure Windows endpoints, automate with PowerShell, manage imaging/patching with SCCM, and support Citrix VDI/XenApp while hardening configurations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technology experience.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Hands-on desktop/endpoint engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain Windows endpoint technologies and standards.
• Manage device configuration, imaging, software deployment, and patching.
• Develop and maintain Windows Group Policy configurations.
• Support Citrix VDI and XenApp environments.
• Build and maintain endpoint security configurations and hardening standards.
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues across multiple domains.
• Support desktop migrations and production changes.
