Job summary

Digital Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced endpoint, hardware, and software support for field locations and corporate teams.

You will diagnose complex issues, assist with onboarding, device deployments, and hardware refreshes, and mentor junior technicians. Travel to East Coast branches and corporate sites will be required to support installations, troubleshooting, and projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (or specialized certification).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of desktop systems and endpoint technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop, branch, and corporate location support for complex endpoint issues.
• Onboard employees: workstation setup, device deployment, software installation, access coordination.
• Image, configure, deploy, and repair laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Serve as escalation resource for Technician I/II; mentor junior staff.
• Lead or support desktop projects: device deployments, office moves, upgrades.
