Hcl-America-Solutions-Inc is seeking a Senior Administrator for Desk Side Services within AMT Asset Management Software. You will own the PCaaS lifecycle, provide day-to-day end-user support, and manage network operations across a US footprint.

Responsibilities include AV/meeting support, real estate moves, data closet upkeep, and coordination with vendors. Security and incident response are part of the role, ensuring uptime and IT service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning device lifecycle end-to-end (deployment, setups, refresh, decommission).
• Proven ability to provide day-to-day end-user support across desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Experience with network operations including VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi coverage and switches.

Aufgaben

• Own the full PCaaS lifecycle: deployment, user setups, hardware refreshes, decommissioning.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and mobile devices in various environments.
• Support conference rooms, AV setups, and ad-hoc technical needs for meetings/events.
• Assist with real estate moves, cabling and data closet upkeep.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and engineering tools, shop-floor terminals and peripherals.
• Perform patching, basic administration, storage management and data protection tasks.
• Manage SLA, CSAT, ticket backlog and major incidents.
• Partner with business units, manufacturing and engineering teams and external vendors.
