Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape and scale our design system across web and mobile. You will own components, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance, collaborating closely with engineering to ensure parity between design and code.

You will also partner with product teams to deliver accessible, responsive experiences, mentor designers, and advocate for inclusive, privacy-conscious design in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience evolving a design system with components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and accessible design approaches.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Advanced Figma skills, including tokens, prototyping, and AI tools.
• Experience partnering with engineering on a coded component library (HTML/CSS).
• Portfolio is required to apply.

• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources across responsive experiences.
• Build accessibility into components and patterns from the start.
• Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, and guidance.
