Job summary

Ensora Health in the United States seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution and quality of our design system across web and native mobile experiences.

You will partner with engineering to maintain parity between design and code, drive accessibility to WCAG/ADA standards, and mentor other designers.

This role supports TheraNest initiatives, conducts user research, and delivers artifacts from wireframes to prototypes, while shaping the product's visual language.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design, with 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution and quality of the design system across web and native mobile.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, quality-assure, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources, and help teams understand component behavior across responsive experiences.
• Evaluate and test design system solutions for accessibility/usability; document accessibility expectations.
• Maintain design system documentation, including usage guidance and specs.
• Support system’s AI readiness through documentation, tokens, guidance, and connections.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, demonstrations, and governance.
• Review requests; balance consistency with product needs.
• Write and prioritize design system backlog items in partnership with product owner and engineering.
• Partner with product managers as UX counterpart for TheraNest initiatives.
• Design user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.
• Produce design artifacts: concepts, wireframes, flows, mockups, prototypes, specs.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing.
• Present work to stakeholders to gather feedback and build alignment.
• Use approved AI tools to assist and accelerate workflows.
• Mentor designers and raise design fluency.
