Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate technical activities for project execution and delivery.
• Apply engineering design principles to solve complex project challenges.
• Work on major projects or several projects with complex features.
• Perform quality control reviews of engineering designs under professional supervision.
• Lead development and implementation of new techniques and processes to improve outcomes.
• Train and mentor team members within their teams.
• Interface with clients to discuss project scope, schedule, budget, and invoices.
• Prepare reports and studies presenting technical information clearly for clients.
• Communicate complex engineering matters to management and field resources.
• Manage time and schedule to achieve project milestones.
• Contribute to project proposals and RFP responses.
• Anticipate and minimize technical and constructability risks.
• Ensure work is performed under contract or with proper approvals.
• Support safety, budget, deadlines, and client relations.
• Represent HBK in communications and conferences about engineering assignments.
• Travel as needed (typically <25%).
