Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from ABET/EAC accredited program.
• CAPM or PMP licensure recommended.
• 3+ years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for tracking project performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to learn new Microsoft Office 365 apps.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams on utility infrastructure projects.
• Apply project management methodologies to solve problems.
• Track progress and deadlines using project management software.
• Maintain and improve project metrics and forecasts.
• Coordinate activities and communications with stakeholders.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and financial risk analysis.
• Review schedules from owners and partners.
• Ensure client deadlines are met.
• Prepare non-technical procedural documents.
• Develop relationships with agencies and municipalities.
