Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• US driver's license and US work authorization.
• Expert knowledge in standard engineering design techniques and procedures.
• Advanced oral and written communication.
• Understanding of standards, systems, and equipment.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate technical activities for project execution.
• Apply extensive engineering design knowledge to solve complex challenges.
• Lead major projects or several projects with complex features.
• Perform quality control reviews of engineering designs.
• Mentor team members and train staff.
• Interface with clients on scope, schedule, budget and invoices.
• Prepare concise reports and studies for client requirements.
• Travel as needed, typically less than 25%.
