Job summary

Canva, based in New York with a remote-friendly setup, is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant (Design) to partner with North America teams and deliver tailored demos for design, brand and marketing stakeholders. You will shape enterprise solutions, grow brand governance, and scale creative workflows across organizations.

In this role you’ll collaborate cross-functionally, create reusable playbooks, and support the full customer journey from discovery through deployment, helping customers scale

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting.
• Background in graphic design or brand design.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Leading discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows and pain points.
• Designing and delivering Canva demos for brand, design, and marketing stakeholders.
• Advising on brand governance, templates, approvals, and scalable self-serve creation.
• Creating playbooks, enablement content, and solution guides to scale impact across AMER.
• Collaborating with Sales, CS, Implementation, Product, and Pre-Sales to support the customer journey.
