Job summary

Canva’s Global Implementation team is hiring in Austin for a hybrid role. You’ll partner with enterprise customers for 45 days to lead value-driven implementations—from product configuration and tailored training to driving user adoption and engagement.

As a product expert, you’ll empower customers to design and grow with Canva, contributing to success and our mission. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring solutions scale

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients.
• Experience managing strategic and complex rollouts with a consultative approach.
• Familiarity with enterprise identity and provisioning, including SSO/SAML, SCIM, domain verification, and admin/API configuration, or quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Become a Canva product expert and lead onboarding, including account configuration such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, and domain verification.
• Develop tailored rollout frameworks aligning Canva's best practices with each customer's business structure and goals.
• Drive customer timelines and adoption to achieve activation targets.
• Co-build implementation processes for Enhanced and Premier motions.
• Understand customer use cases and collaborate with Education and Product to improve Help Center and product experience.
