Canva in Austin, Texas, offers a hybrid role on our Global Implementation team. You will partner with enterprise customers for 3–4 months to lead smooth, value‑driven implementations—from product configuration to tailored training and driving user adoption.

You’ll be a product expert and trusted advisor, empowering customers to design and grow with Canva, contributing to our shared success and mission.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for candidates with SaaS or enterprise software implementation experience.
• Ability to scope, plan, and deliver multi‑phase projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Become a Canva product expert and lead complex enterprise onboardings.
• Develop tailored rollout frameworks aligning Canva’s practices with customer goals.
• Drive timelines and adoption to ensure strong product engagement.
• Co‑build implementation processes and refine best practices.
• Understand customer use cases and improve Help Center and product experience.
