Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Design Services Leader to oversee multi-project execution across advanced Creo methodologies and Windchill workflows. You will provide technical leadership, ensure design quality, and drive process improvements in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires 7+ years in product design within engineering, plus 5+ years with PLM workflows; travel up to 10%. Bachelor degree preferred and Six Sigma certified.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 7+ years of product design experience in an engineering environment
• 5+ years of experience with PLM workflows and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design Services execution across multiple projects and programs.
• Provide technical and execution oversight for complex product development activities.
• Mentor and develop Design Leads, Lead Designers, and Designers.
• Travel up to 10%.
