Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in design of components with stamping, molding and machining.
• Proficient in Creo & SolidWorks CAD software (3D models, sheet metal, 2D drawings, assemblies).
• Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T) expertise.
• Experience in tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Create DFMEA and identify product risks.
• Apply DFM/DFA concepts in design.
• Familiar with NPI/NPD process and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on Windchill PDM/PLM for lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design efforts for components across manufacturing processes.
• Create and review 3D models, drawings, and assemblies in Creo/SolidWorks.
• Assess manufacturability, tolerances, and material selection.
• Present designs to stakeholders and leadership with clear rationale.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and lifecycle management using Windchill.
