Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Design Project Manager for our semiconductor and electronics business to lead highly complex projects for key clients. You will interface between project teams and clients, guiding execution to meet goals and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating estimates, proposals, and contractual actions, managing budgets and schedules, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 15–20 years of experience in managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities.
• Experience as a project / design manager on advanced technology, semiconductor, electronics, life sciences or data center projects.
• Financial acumen, design execution & client management experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the business-customer relationship.
• Plan and oversee the program implementation within budget and requirements.
• Manage financial and schedule requirements.
• Staff and manage necessary resources to meet program needs.
• Ensure subcontractors meet contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain liaison with the customer to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
• Develop/co-ordinate estimates, proposals, BOEs and other contract actions.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and deliverables per contract requirements.
• Brief senior management on program status and policies.
